| About ACE
The
Annual Collaboration for Entrepreneurship is an annual event that celebrates and promotes entrepreneurship in Michigan. ACE began in 2001 as a joint
meeting hosted by the New
Enterprise Forum (NEF) and the MIT
Enterprise Forum of the Great Lakes. Today, several additional organizations participate in organizing, supporting, and promoting the event.
Each year, ACE brings together 300-400 entrepreneurs, service providers, investors, students, government agents, and other members of the business community to network, learn, and strengthen Michigan's entrepreneurial environment.
ACE '08 was a Great Event!
In 2008, about 400 individuals from Michigan's growing entrepreneurial community attended ACE, our largest attendance yet. Merrill Guerra, CEO of RealKidz, won the ACE Elevator Pitch Competition, with judges noting the passion, enthusiasm, and focus of her presentation.
